This privacy policy describes how the HiitFusion mobile application ("the App") collects, uses, and protects user information. This policy applies exclusively to the App distributed through Google Play.

Data collected
HiitFusion does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App does not require creating an account, logging in, or connecting to external servers. No usage data, analytics, or device identifiers are collected.
Data shared with third parties
HiitFusion does not share any data with third parties. The App does not integrate advertising, analytics, or social media SDKs. No information is transmitted outside your device.
App permissions
HiitFusion only requests the vibration permission, used to provide haptic feedback during training phase transitions (sprint, rest, fast/slow walking). No camera, microphone, location, contacts, or external storage permissions are requested.
Local storage
The App stores configuration preferences (selected language, intensity level, training mode) exclusively in the device's local storage. This data never leaves your phone and is not accessible by other applications.
Data security
Since HiitFusion does not collect or transmit data, there is no risk of interception or leakage of personal data. Locally stored preferences are protected by the Android device's own security system.
Data retention and deletion
All preferences are stored locally on your device. To delete all App data, simply uninstall it from your device. This will completely remove all stored preferences and settings.
Children's use
HiitFusion does not collect data from any user, including children under the age of 13. The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not collecting any type of personal information.
User rights
Since HiitFusion does not collect or store personal data on servers, there is no data to request, modify, or delete under GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection regulations. You have full control over data stored locally on your device.

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the last updated date on this page. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
